Article 1 – Scope
These terms and conditions of sale ("T&C") apply to all sales made by the Seller to non-professional buyers ("Customers") wishing to purchase the products offered for sale ("Products") on this online shop. The Products offered are retro video games (the game Sekai Tensei for Amstrad CPC+ / GX4000 computers), sold on a pre-order basis.
The Customer declares that they have reviewed the characteristics of the Products before ordering. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Offers are valid while stocks last. These T&C prevail over any other document. The Customer accepts the T&C by validating the order.

Territory: France, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom. For orders delivered outside France, the Customer becomes the importer of the Product and is responsible for any customs duties and local taxes (in particular for the United Kingdom, outside the European Union).
Article 2 – Prices
Products are supplied at the prices shown on the site at the time the order is registered, expressed in euros, all taxes included. Handling, transport and delivery charges are billed in addition and shown before the order is validated. The total amount due is shown on the order confirmation page.
Article 3 – Orders
The Customer selects the Products on the site and validates their order. The sale is only final after full payment of the price. As the Products are sold on pre-order, they are manufactured and then shipped after payment is received. The Customer can track the status of their order from their account. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
Article 4 – Payment terms
Payment is due in full at the time of the order, using the secure payment methods offered on the site. The order is only processed after the payment has actually been received.
Article 5 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering. As these are pre-orders, a lead time of approximately one month should be expected: games ordered in September are shipped between mid and late October; an order placed in October is shipped in November.
Delivery is handled by Mondial Relay (France, Spain, Germany) or by Colissimo (United Kingdom). For pick-up point deliveries, an email is sent to the Customer so that they can select their pick-up point; the Customer is invited to keep an eye on their inbox.
The Customer checks the condition of the Product on delivery. Any claim must be sent to the Seller at contact@pointpointslash.com within 14 days, together with supporting evidence (photographs). The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer when they take physical possession of the Product.
Article 6 – Transfer of ownership
Ownership of the Products is transferred only after full payment of the price by the Customer, regardless of the delivery date.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable consumer law, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. To exercise it, the Customer notifies the Seller of their decision by any unambiguous statement (email to contact@pointpointslash.com).
The Product must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manual), together with the invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Reimbursement is made within 14 days of the Products being recovered.
Article 8 – Warranties
The Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity or a proven defect, the Seller will replace or reimburse the Product. Any claim is sent by email to contact@pointpointslash.com. The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of misuse, normal wear, accident or force majeure. The photographs and images on the site are not contractual.
Article 9 – Personal data
The personal data collected (name, postal address, email address, order data) are necessary for processing and delivering orders. They are intended for the Seller and for the transport and payment providers. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port their data, which they can exercise at contact@pointpointslash.com.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All the elements of the site (texts, images, the game Sekai Tensei and its graphic and audio elements) are protected by copyright. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.
Article 11 – Applicable law – Disputes
These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer contacts the Seller first at contact@pointpointslash.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the Customer may use consumer mediation or the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). If no amicable resolution is reached, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
